Praveen Parameswar, an emerging Organization Development (OD) Strategist, lifologist, and researcher in ‘Human Behaviour’, is the CEO of Thoughts Academy, a rapidly growing company in the field of Organization Development Interventions. He helps various Multi National Companeis, NGOs and massive Government projects to multiply growth through capitalizing the full potential of their human resource. He is also a consultant in education planning and management for a handful of Higher Education Institutions across India and abroad.

Praveen is educated in Strategic Management from the London School of Economics, rank holder in MBA - HR from Cardiff University (UK) and a Post Graduate in International Business Law from ICFAI, Hyderabad. He is a graduate in Law from the University of Kerala. Praveen has won Sir Julian Hodge Prize from the Julian Hodge Bank in the UK for his striking performance in the field of Human Resource Management.

He has done presentations in more than 1000 platforms across India and delivered session in more than 6 countries including the UK and the UAE, and has been a panellist for national television channels such as Times-Now and NDTV. He currently hosts ‘Samvadam’ , a celebrated Socio-Political talk show, for Doordarsan, Kerala.

He is born to G. Parameswaran Nair and I. Kamalavilochana and lives in Trivandrum with his wife, Sarika Kamala and son Omkar Parameswar.
